The mental health of women and children is my focus at GrowthWork. I am skilled at treating anxiety, depression, past trauma and behaviors that interfere with healthy relationships. I also help children and their parents build self-regulation skills and greater harmony in the home.

I have a specialized interest in working with adolescent and adult adoptees process the joys, losses and challenges of adoption. I also partner with adopted parents and birth parents to help them address the complicated task of raising and relinquishing a child of adoption.
